Dynamic Link Auto Complete Grouping#340

Currently when ‘@’ is typed a list of related documents and people are shown as a list. As it is, this list is not useful. When dealing with multiple collections there may be pages with the same name at each collection. Let’s say we search for “Login Flow” document in order to add its dynamic link, and let’s say if we have pages titled with “Login Flow” in four different collections, we get a list of suggestions that have 4 documents with the same title. However, it is impossible to know which “Login Flow” document is the correct one.

To solve this issue, the suggestions can be grouped under collection names, or at least they can have collection names prefixed.

Collection 1:

• Login Flow
• Other Matching Document

Collection 2:

• Login Flow
• Other Matching Document

Collection 3:

• Login Flow
• Other Matching Document

Collection 4:

• Login Flow
• Other Matching Document

Suggestion 2:

• Collection 1 - Login Flow
• Collection 1 - Other Matching Document
• Collection 2 - Login Flow
• Collection 2 - Other Matching Document
• Collection 3 - Login Flow
• Collection 3 - Other Matching Document
• Collection 4 - Login Flow
• Collection 4 - Other Matching Document
