Make footnotes#329

In some markdown formats, there is the ability to add a footnote. This results in a numericaly sequenced integer superspaced that is linkable down to a designated area in the footer. There content can be referenced by that footnotes.

Clicking on the same number in the footer returns the reader back to the original text.
