I forgot which I placed a note, but managed to find it through search. But it doesn’t tell me where to find that note.

Yes, make path-to-document info available somewhere! On the “Document info” screen?

This is badly needed as the KB gets larger.

Backlinks only provide info on where else the document is mentioned.

It would be helpful to see the trail of the document where it is in the structure - e.g. if I pull up a document, it would say at the top “Procedures > Office > Opening”, so I would immediately know within which folder/subfolder the document is located.

Right now, the system often does not automatically expand the folder where the document is located. So, if I arrive to a document through a link in another document in the KB, I often have no idea within which folder I am in KB.
